Smart believes that diversity matters and inclusion has to be cultivated in order for organizations to thrive and become more competitive beyond their organizational objectives. She has keen insight as a world traveler - from China to Switzerland - with interests in learning about different cultures, as well as her diverse professional experiences from professional sports to theatre.
